This page sets out the terms on which LEMOINE ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (EIN 20-4036411), trading as LEMOINE ASSET MGMT, sells products through radiantlifescience.com. Reading it is worthwhile: placing an order means accepting it. Where the words “we” or “us” appear below they mean LEMOINE ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION.

1. Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

2. Who may buy

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and 18 or over to consent to messages from us. Using the site is your representation that you are, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Supplement status and limits

Daybook Line is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. Consent to receive text messages

Where you give a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that LEMOINE ASSET MGMT may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. What that commits each side to is set out below.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 35 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to entry@radiantlifescience.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Rights in this material

Copyright and related rights in this site rest with LEMOINE ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION or its licensors. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you, and reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires written consent from us beforehand.

7. How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, LEMOINE ASSET MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of Maine, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in Maine. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
